Objectives

Project success depends substantially on how the project manager deals with

The project manager has to affect these matters for keeping the timeline, the desired quality and the project budget. He plays a central role by handling different requests, restrictions and in particular different characters of the people involved.

Methods, procedures, guidelines and instructions are helpful instruments on the way to become a real project manager.  Indeed, in project management there are some important processes and tools which have to be applied. The project manager has to understand these instruments and put them into action within the given, in most cases restricting settings.
